I definitely don’t do cheap or “simple” Wills, and so my prices are higher than other solicitors. If you want me to refer you to a less expensive solicitor I will happily do that.

What do you charge?
Because I know that no one likes to hear “it depends”, I have created a jot form to answer that question for you. You will need to answer a series of questions but you will get a price, you will have the option of having that price emailed to you but it isn’t a requirement (so you could just check the price and give me no other details). My most expensive package is $4,500 plus GST plus disbursements, so if that isn’t in your ball park then I am happy to recommend a solicitor who will do a basic Will package for you.
