Boronia Park, Jordan Springs

We found this little park in Jordan Springs by checking out the Penrith City Council list of parks that have recently received a shade cloth. It is on Jubilee Drive in Jordan Springs. The narrow roads are a bit tricky to navigate to and find but the park itself is lovely.

It has plenty of space around it, with a path running through it and the block is quite flat. You could definitely bring bikes for smaller children, or some sort of ball sport. I note that the Google photos show some people playing vollleyball. Not shown in the Google photos, thanks to the new sun cloth this park is quite well shaded. There are undercover picnic tables, there is a human sized snakes and ladders, a small climbing structure for primary school children, and a set of swings with some lovely metal butterflies. When we were here it was quite hot, I was mostly impressed with how shaded and cool it was.
